Guesthouse
THE SUNTERRA GUESTHOUSE: Formerly the owner’s residence, this charming one-of-a-kind, 900-square-foot suite is $150 per day plus a per-stay $75 cleaning fee, and features a full kitchen, washroom with shower, separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, flex room with a queen-size futon bed, living room with a sofa and smart HDTV, air conditioning, coffee maker, private gigabit WIFI, and a view of the lake.
RESERVATION DEPOSITS: All bookings require a $50.00 reservation deposit, which can be paid via cash, E-Transfer, or our secure online payment system. These deposits are deducted from your total booking fee, the balance of which is due on check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled at least 20 days before arrival, the deposit, minus a $20 administration fee, will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled less than 20 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept cash, E-Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Interac Debit.
CHECK IN TIME: Check-in time is 1:00 PM. If you absolutely need to check in earlier it might be possible, depending on the circumstances. Please call to see if it can be arranged.
CHECK OUT TIME: Check-out time is 11:00 PM. If you positively need to check out later it might be possible, depending on the circumstances. Please call to make special arrangements.
PETS: There are no pets allowed in the guesthouse.
RULES: Excessive noise, abusive conduct, or any behavior that interferes with the recreation and comfort of other guests is not allowed at SunTerra. Any violation of these rules may result in the perpetrator being asked to leave the guesthouse without refund.
CAMPFIRES: Wood burning and coal burning campfires are prohibited in Osoyoos. Portable propane fire pits are usually allowed, but may, at times, also be banned by local fire restrictions.
QUIET TIME: In consideration of other guests, loud music, conversation, and partying are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
CONCESSION: We sell bagged ice, pop, water, and ice cream bars at the SunTerra Snackeria.
