FACILITIES: SunTerra Campground features 30 full-service RV sites, 5 dedicated Tent sites, and 4 Flex sites.

RV SITES: Our RV sites are $60.00 per day, and include 30 amp power, drinkable water, sewer hookup, WIFI, use of the washrooms, and use of the showers. These are larger sites which have a ground cover of gravel, earth, and grass, and can be used for both RVs and tenting.

TENT SITES: Our Tent sites are $50.00 per day, and include 15 amp power, drinkable water, WIFI, use of the washrooms, and use of the showers. These are dedicated tenting sites, which have a ground cover of earth and grass.

FLEX SITES: Our no-power Flex sites are $40.00 per day, and include drinkable water, sewer hookup, WIFI, use of the washrooms, and use of the showers. These are medium sized sites which have a ground cover of gravel, earth, and grass, and can be used for both RVs and tenting.

CAPACITY LIMITS: Each of our sites has a capacity limit of five people. This limit may be increased by SunTerra management for an additional fee of $5 per person, per day.

PETS: We accept quiet, friendly, well-behaved cats and dogs, for an additional fee of $5 per day. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on campground property.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS: All bookings require a $50.00 reservation deposit, which can be paid via cash, E-Transfer, or our secure online payment system. These deposits are paid to hold a site, and are deducted from your total site rental bill, the balance of which is due on check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled at least 20 days before arrival, the deposit, minus a $20 administration fee, will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled less than 20 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept cash, E-Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Interac Debit.

CHECK IN TIME: Check-in time is 1:00 PM. If you absolutely need to check in earlier it might be possible, depending on the circumstances. Please call to see if it can be arranged.

CHECK OUT TIME: Check-out time is 11:00 PM. If you positively need to check out later it might be possible, depending on the circumstances. Please call to make special arrangements.

RULES: Excessive noise, abusive conduct, or any behavior that interferes with the recreation and comfort of other guests is not allowed at SunTerra. Any violation of these rules may result in the perpetrator being asked to leave the campground without refund.

QUIET TIME: In consideration of other guests, loud music, conversation, and partying are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

CAMPFIRES: Wood burning and coal burning campfires are prohibited in Osoyoos. Portable propane fire pits are usually allowed, but may, at times, also be banned by local fire restrictions.

CONCESSION: We sell bagged ice, pop, water, and ice cream bars at the SunTerra Snackeria.

POOL & WATERSLIDE: There is no pool and no waterslide at SunTerra Campground. Any pictures on the internet indicating otherwise are beyond our control and inaccurate. However, we do have a lake right across the street and it’s very nice!
